Governance

The AJnet Organization is structured to keep editorial work independent while maintaining clear oversight.

Strategic direction is handled at the executive level. Editorial decisions are made separately, guided by established standards and internal review. That separation keeps the work accountable without tying it to any outside agenda.

At AJnet, governance is built into how the organization operates, not added as window dressing.

Leadership

The AJnet Organization is led by its founding executives, who set overall direction and maintain editorial standards across its publications.

Each role is clearly defined, with shared oversight to keep the organization consistent, financially responsible, and built for long-term growth.

Adam J. Baker

Leads institutional strategy and creative direction. Serves as Editor-in-Chief of AJnet Magazine and oversees editorial standards across the organization.

Sam K. DiLuzio

Directs operational structure and organizational growth. Contributes to cross-publication development and long-term planning.

Stephanie F. Trebatoski

Oversees financial management and fiscal governance, ensuring structural stability and responsible expansion.
